Each year of life brings exciting challenges for children.
Our program allows for the child to feel and know their ideas are valued.
We encourage your child to continue to seek and explore the vast world around them.
To foster that, our curriculum units emerge from the children’s questions and interests. Each experience nurtures and respects the children’s growing curiosity. This fosters a higher integration of learning and continuous quest and thirst that will continue throughout life.
Our classroom atmosphere is warm and caring filled with lots of exciting hands-on learning experiences that evolve constantly to meet your child’s changing needs. The teacher acts as a guide and facilitator, to ensure that each child experiences a variety of challenging and enjoyable learning opportunities.
In Garden Preschool’s Infant Room, you will find a natural environment where observant, loving teachers provide a safe and interesting place for your baby to explore, rest and develop his or her unique abilities.
Our experienced and award-winning infant staff follow each infant’s own rhythm for sleeping, eating, and active times. Caregivers interact with each child, offering conversation and manipulative materials at receptive moments. As your child progresses from sitting up to crawling to walking, from bottles to feeding themselves, our caregivers are there to encourage and assist them every step of the way.

In our Toddler program, your child will work on sensory and perceptual development, self-help skills, physical and motor skills as well as social, emotional and educational growth.
The first few years of your child’s life are crucial to the development of personality and intellect. This is a period during which learning takes place at an accelerated pace. We provide the sense of security and loving care that toddlers need to thrive during this stage of intense learning.
Since toddlers are especially committed to achieving independence, our teachers provide responsive individual attention as your child deals with positive experiences as well as frustration.
Our curriculum supports the rapid growth of gross and fine motor skill development by giving your child many opportunities to explore, practice and succeed.

For this age group, we combine both developmental and academic activities. We keep the ratio between teacher and child small to ensure individual attention as well as creative and joyful school experiences for your child.
At Garden Preschool, your three year old will be busy with block play, dramatic play, art, manipulatives, math, science, and language arts. They will be introduced to the alphabet and Aleph Bet (Hebrew Alphabet). They will learn to recognize letters and sounds and especially their name. Our learning centers contain developmentally appropriate materials which the children use through independent choices and teacher guided learning.
Daily activities also include Jewish holiday activities, music and movement and small group experiences which focus on specific skills such as number recognition, matching, measurements, letter recognition and other pre-academic skills.
Our state of the art outdoor playground allows the children to enjoy large movement activities. Your child’s outdoor experience will be enhanced with art, science and sensory, bicycles, balls and climbing equipment.

At Camp Garden we strive to create a fun, stimulating and exciting experience for your child.
Child safety is very important to us, we bring our entertainment and in house field trips to our center.
Our preschool teachers are our camp counselors. This makes transitioning from our school program to summer camp much easier for the children. They are already familiar with their teacher, classmates and school surroundings. New summer friends are always welcome at Camp Garden.
At the beginning of the summer, you will receive a Camp Garden calendar that highlights the daily camp activities. This will make it easier for you to talk t your child about their exciting day.
